Managed Website Hosting

Your website should not become your second job.

One production website, operated as a service: hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, routine platform care, and a technical person to investigate when something is wrong.

What we take care of

Hosting & SSLThe agreed website, its runtime, certificate management, and website-related DNS assistance.
Daily backupsRoutine backups designed around recovery. Retention and any unusual data requirements are confirmed for the service.
MonitoringBasic availability monitoring so an obvious outage does not have to wait for a customer to discover it.
Human troubleshootingHosting, DNS, SSL, PHP/runtime, database availability, restores, and other operational problems get an actual technical review.

A good fit for normal production websites

Business sites, organization and nonprofit sites, portfolios, content sites, WordPress, simple PHP sites, and similar workloads belong here. WordPress is welcome; it is not required.

The plan is for one primary production website and the files, database, scheduled jobs, and supporting pieces that genuinely belong to it. We do not make you count databases for sport, but it is not an unlimited container for unrelated projects.

Managed hosting is operations, not unlimited development

If the site goes down, SSL breaks, a runtime setting is wrong, a restore is needed, or the hosting layer is acting strangely, that is exactly the kind of problem we expect to investigate.

If the investigation shows that a custom plugin, theme, application feature, abandoned codebase, or third-party integration needs substantial software work, we will explain what we found. Repair or development can then be scoped separately instead of quietly turning a hosting plan into unlimited development labor.

Business email can live here too

Managed Website service includes normal hosted business email rather than making a $59 hosting customer assemble a second service just to get a mailbox. Hosted mailboxes are managed as part of the service, with webmail available when direct mailbox access is useful. Sensible mailbox, storage, sending, and abuse limits apply; email is not an unlimited bulk-mail platform.

If you already use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or another mail provider, that is fine too. We can keep it in place and help with the DNS instead of forcing a migration.

Migration assistance is part of onboarding

For a normal single-site move, we review the source, move the website and database, configure SSL, help with DNS cutover, and verify the important workflows afterward.

If discovery uncovers a large media estate, multiple independent sites, mailbox migration, broken source system, major runtime conversion, or another unusually large project, we stop and scope that work before creating a surprise bill—or a surprise outage.

What happens if the site grows?

We do not pretend resources are infinite, and we do not want legitimate growth to turn into mysterious throttling. If storage, traffic, database load, compute use, or operational complexity moves beyond the normal website envelope, we show you what changed and recommend the next appropriate service.
