Technical Rescue

Something broke. Start there.

You do not need to become a hosting customer before asking for help. We also take one-time investigation and stabilization work when a website, application, migration, or server has gone sideways.

Problems we can investigate

Site downHTTP errors, PHP failures, bad deployments, permissions, resource exhaustion, and broken services.
DNS / SSLBroken records, certificate failures, redirect loops, stale migration configuration, and domain-routing problems.
Database troubleConnectivity, failed imports, service failures, capacity problems, slow behavior, and recovery planning.
Migration damageIt worked before the move and does not now. We trace dependencies and changes instead of assuming the file copy was enough.

The goal is useful diagnosis, not ownership theater

If the failure belongs with the application developer, registrar, mail provider, network carrier, upstream platform, or another vendor, a useful result may be proving that clearly and giving you the evidence to take to the right place.

The minimum engagement is not a promise that every disaster costs $195

The minimum establishes the smallest paid rescue engagement. We review the situation, confirm that it is something we can sensibly work on, and agree on expected scope before running up time. Larger recovery, development, data-repair, or migration work is discussed before it expands.

Rescue does not require a hosting conversion

If the best answer is to repair the existing environment and leave it where it is, that is a valid outcome. If the incident reveals that ongoing managed service would reduce the chance of a repeat, we can discuss that afterward rather than making it a condition of getting help.
